Mental health is a critical aspect of our overall well-being, yet it remains a topic shrouded in stigma, particularly within our community. Cultural norms also play a role. Strength and resilience are highly valued traits, and admitting mental health struggles can be seen as a sign of weakness. Additionally, there is a pervasive belief that mental health issues should be dealt with privately or through spiritual means, rather than seeking professional help.
